The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center is located within a controlled security area. A visitor credential must be worn above the waist while inside the controlled area. To expedite issuance of a visitor credential, please submit a visit request at least 24 hours before arrival. The visit request should be submitted through the Defense Information Systeme for Security (DISS) Portal: https://www.dcsa.mil/Systems-Applications/Defense-Information-System-for-Security-DISS/

ATC’s Security Management Office (SMO) code is W4QUAA. Please include your ATC point of contact on the request. If your organization does not have access to the DISS Portal, please submit the visit request on your unit or company letterhead. A visitor cannot verity their own security clearance or approve their own visit request. Each visit request must be signed by the visitor’s Security Officer or an authorized approving official. The signature block on the visit request must include printed name, title and signature.

Please include the following information in your request. Missing information could lead to processing delays.
1. Name of Visitor(s)
2. Security Clearance (Level of clearance, type of investigation completed, date clearance granted)
3. Company/Organization and position with company (Organizations’ Address and phone number)
4. Company/Organization Foreign Owned (specify YES or NO)
5. Citizenship
6. Date and Place of Birth (City, State, Country)
7. Identification Number (Social Security Number (U.S. Citizens only) or Passport Number with Issuing Country)
8. Area to be visited (building number/test areas)
9. Date(s) of visit (not to exceed 6 months for foreign nationals)
10. DoD Contract Number / ATC Contract Number visitor will support
11. Detailed Purpose of visit
12. ATC Sponsor Name and phone number
