If you have a Department of War (DoW) ID card, you may access APG through either the Route 22 (Harford) Gate or the Route 715 (Maryland) Gate.

If you do not have a Department of War ID card, you must access APG through the Route 715 (Maryland) Gate only. No visitors or commercial vehicles will be permitted access to APG through the Route 22 (Harford) Gate.

At the Route 715 gate, you will be issued a day pass. You must have a valid photo ID like a state-issued Driver’s License, a Passport, etc. This polity includes vehicle passengers, with the exception of minors. Day Passes will be valid only for the date issues. Multi-day passes are not issued.
