Digital Technology & Analytics Directorate
The Digital Technology & Analytics Directorate (DTAD) accelerates Army transformation by enabling data-driven test & evaluation through the strategic development and integration of enterprise analytics, digital and systems engineering, and centralized technology governance.
Airborne and Special Operations Directorate
ABNSOD plans, executes, and reports on assigned five-year test program, operational tests, and field experiments involving doctrine, organization, and materiel relating to Joint Airborne and Special Operations Forces equipment, procedures and systems, to include aerial delivery and transportation items in support of air movement operations.
Command and Control / Counter Command and Control Directorate
C2/CC2 Directorate conducts continuous, warfighter informed testing and evaluation in direct support of the C2/CC2 Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE), its subordinate Capability Program Executives (CPEs), and other Army requirements, through a unified continuous evaluation campaign to accelerate Army transformation, inform senior leader decisions, and ensure the Army fields dominant capabilities.
Fires Directorate
The Fires Directorate is one of eight directorates within the United States Army Operational Evaluation Command (OEC). Headquartered at Fort Sill, OK; team members are dispersed across five geographic locations—Fort Sill, OK; Fort Bliss, TX; Huntsville, AL; Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; and Colorado Springs, CO.
Maneuver Air Directorate
MAD is responsible for managing and overseeing the test and evaluation of aviation aircraft and associated systems across all testing phases, from development to operations, before they are deployed.
Maneuver Ground Directorate
The Maneuver Ground Directorate tests and evaluates Combat Platforms, Soldier Systems, Autonomous Ground/Maritime Systems, and Experimental Systems in direct support of U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM).
