Who We Are

• The Directorate of Resource Management (DRM/G8) provides full spectrum financial management support to include planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of base and reimbursable funds appropriated and received in support of the U.S. Army Operational & Evaluation Command (OEC)
• The directorate also provides critical manpower management and resources (TDA & payroll) required to support OEC’s diverse and robust operational test & evaluation missions.
• DRM/G8 is the resource management office responsible for monitoring, managing, accounting, and executing all financial obligations for both test and evaluation as well as day to day base operations.

What We Do

• DRM/G8 provides diverse financial management and manpower customer support to over 950 personnel assigned to USAOEC on matters of budgeting, payroll, manning, and resource management.
• DRM/G8 also provides a wide range of financial management assistance to both internal and external customers in support USAOEC’s mission.
• DRM/G8 also advises leaders on the best use of financial management and manpower resources relative to defined priorities.
