Who We Are

The U.S. Army Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) Staff G3 is the operations-focused plans, training, and resource synchronization team stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Our team is a dynamic blend of military personnel and civilian employees, all contributing to operational readiness, capability development, and traceable, data-driven decisions. Comprised of operations officers, training and tasking managers, and test resource analysts, the G3 team ensures timely, accurate, relevant, and tailored strategic planning, FRAGO management, and operational support.

What We Do

The G3 team drives unit readiness, mission-critical execution, and security protection by synchronizing strategic planning with comprehensive training and driver management. We enforce operational standards and compliance by executing the Organizational Inspection Program, directing critical FRAGO and tasking management, and coordinating key command events. Additionally, we serve as the premier authority for test resource management, coordinating and delivering precise test documentation and analytical data to enable leaders to make rapid, decisive actions.
