Commander’s Initiatives Group

The Commander’s Initiatives Group (CIG) is the Operational Evaluation Command’s (OEC) strategic integration office, responsible for advancing the commanding general’s priorities through strategic planning, enterprise integration, and organizational transformation. The CIG synchronizes cross-functional initiatives, drives innovation and continuous improvement, informs executive decision-making, and fosters collaboration across OEC and its partners to deliver enduring capabilities that enhance operational evaluation and strengthen the command’s effectiveness.
