Request for ATEC Test Services
Request For Developmental Testing or Training Support (RFTS)
Requests for test center services to include range support, developmental test services, and training support should be submitted as early as possible to allow ATEC to plan, coordinate, schedule resources, and ensure that required safety, security, and environmental concerns have been properly addressed prior to the test.
- DoW Users / CAC Holders: To request ATEC test services, DoW users / CAC holders must use the ATEC Integrated Mission Management System (AIMMS). New users must complete the AIMMS Role Request before logging into the application. Once your role has been approved, you can access AIMMS using the application link below.

TYPES OF REQUESTS
Acquisition Program – An Acquisition Program is defined as a directed, funded effort that provides a new, improved, or continuing materiel, weapon or information system, or service capability in response to a requirements document (e.g., an Initial Capabilities Document, Capabilities Development Document, or a Capabilities Production Document).
Non-Acquisition Program – Non-Acquisition Programs are not governed by the standard DoD requirements documents identified above. These programs include: Rapid Acquisition Initiatives, Network Integration Evaluation – Systems Under Test.
Experiments/Demonstrations – These are events where commercial vendors and DoD organizations showcase emerging technologies. Experiments and demonstrations are typically conducted by the U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command. Systems selected to participate in experiments will require an U.S. Army Operational Evaluation Command Safety Release before Soldiers can be involved in any hands-on testing, training, use, or maintenance.
